In this role, you will be the first line of support for customers needing urgent roadside assistance, providing them with prompt and effective support in Hungarian. Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emergency roadside assistance calls.
  • Provide clear communication in Hungarian, ensuring customers receive appropriate guidance and support.
  • Coordinate with local service providers to ensure swift solutions for clients.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
  • Engage with team members to continuously improve service delivery and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Hungarian (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience in a remote working environment is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and software applications is preferred.
