Responsibilities:
- Moderate and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and brand values.
- Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a friendly and timely manner.
- Identify and report any inappropriate content or harmful behavior.
- Monitor user interactions to gather insights that aid in improving community engagement.
- Remain informed about brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging during moderation efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to establish best practices for effective content moderation.
- Provide feedback on trends and user behaviors to support ongoing improvements in community management.
- Fluency in Hungarian (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content moderation practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and provide constructive feedback professionally.
- Experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
