Hungarian Speaking Social Media Content Moderators - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines.
- Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries accurately and politely.
- Identify and report inappropriate content or user behavior that violates community standards.
- Monitor user interactions to gather useful insights for enhancing community engagement.
- Stay updated with brand guidelines and ensure they are upheld during moderation.
- Work closely with fellow team members to establish and refine best practices for moderation.
- Provide feedback on trends noted in content and user behavior to foster continuous improvement.
- Fluency in Hungarian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and understanding of moderation practices.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
- Professionalism in handling sensitive situations and providing constructive feedback.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar field is preferred.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
