Responsibilities:
- Offer customer support through instant messaging on social media platforms in Hungarian.
- Effectively resolve user inquiries, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Guide users on how to make the most of social media features and functionalities.
- Document interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends and updates to provide accurate and helpful assistance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall user satisfaction and service quality.
- Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar support role is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and instant messaging applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Able to work independently and effectively within a collaborative team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
