Hungarian Speaking Technical Support for Customers - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding technical support to Hungarian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of consumer technology issues efficiently and effectively.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps with clear and concise instructions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the support database.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
- Identify common customer issues and escalate them as necessary to improve support quality.
- Fluency in Hungarian (both spoken and written) is essential, along with proficient English skills.
- Experience in technical support or a related IT role is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment while being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is beneficial.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
