Hungarian Speaking Technical Support Roles with relocation - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding technical support to Hungarian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
- Guide customers through problem-solving processes with clear and concise communication.
- Document customer interactions and accurately record the resolutions of technical problems.
- Collaborate with team members to continually improve service quality and enhance customer experiences.
- Share feedback on recurring technical issues to assist in refining support processes.
- Fluency in Hungarian (spoken and written) is essential.
- Prior experience in technical support or a related IT role is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to customers.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus.
- Technical knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and networking fundamentals.
- Comfortable working in a remote setup, with stable internet connectivity.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with full relocation expenses covered by the company.
