Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to Hungarian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video playback, account access, and device compatibility.
- Assist customers in navigating service features and guide them through setup processes.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and their resolutions.
- Work closely with the technical support team to improve overall service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collect and report customer feedback to help drive improvements in services.
- Fluency in Hungarian (spoken and written) is essential.
- Experience in customer support or a related role, preferably within the technology or streaming sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and technologies is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full relocation assistance provided.
- Self-motivated and adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
