International Logistics Specialist

Gerolymatos International AEBE presently requires an International Logistics Specialist to join our team and support the coordination, management and report of products’ international shipments, ensuring orders are shipped timely, safely and accurately.

Main responsibilities

Coordinate, organize, schedule, and manage all inbound (incoming/arriving) and outbound (outgoing/delivering) shipments for seamless flow of goods.

Fulfill outbound orders including packing lists, invoicing, and shipping.

Coordinate pickups and deliveries from carriers, trains, trucks, planes, or ships (depending on company type, order, and location) by optimizing delivery timelines.

Track shipments across multiple channels, providing real-time visibility for timely and accurate delivery.

Keep accurate records of all shipments (invoice, packing list, CMR, B/L, AWB, Co O, etc.) ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Statistics or any related field.

5 years of working experience in logistic department of an export company (mandatory).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Good use of ERP, WMS and related cargo management software

Analytical thinking and attention to detail

Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Teamwork and collaboration skills

Excellent knowledge of the English language
