Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to flights, booking changes, and travel policies.
- Efficiently handle customer complaints and resolve issues while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Guide passengers through the airline's procedures to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Deliver accurate information about airline services, offers, and policies.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline sector, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of airline operations and basic travel procedures is advantageous.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
