Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to flight reservations, cancellations, and changes.
• Efficiently handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care.
• Guide passengers through the airline's policies and procedures to ensure clarity.
• Provide accurate information about flights, baggage, and services offered by the airline.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or aviation industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
• Knowledge of airline operations and international travel procedures is a plus.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and customer relationship management software.
