• Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat communications.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and travel-related questions.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and courteously.
• Provide accurate information about airline policies, services, and promotions.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or a hospitality role is preferred.
