Italian speaking agents needed for Tobacco companies - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and customers to provide information and answer queries about tobacco products.
- Assist in promoting product offerings and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and adherence to industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up as necessary.
- Provide feedback and insights to management on customer preferences and market trends.
- Work collaboratively with the remote team to meet sales targets and enhance service quality.
- Stay informed of industry updates and regulatory changes affecting tobacco products.
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with the tobacco industry and related regulations is advantageous.
- Proficiency with technology and CRM systems for managing customer interactions.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
