Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content on a prominent social media platform to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Actively engage with the community by responding to user inquiries and comments effectively.
- Identify and report inappropriate content, ensuring the online community remains a safe space for all users.
- Monitor trends in user behavior and feedback to contribute to the development of moderation strategies.
- Collaborate with team leaders to enhance the overall quality of community engagement.
- Keep abreast of updates to community guidelines and assist in training new team members.
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience with social media platforms and familiarity with online content moderation practices.
- Attention to detail and the ability to assess content accurately and swiftly.
- Professionalism in handling sensitive topics and conflicts within the community.
- Prior experience in content moderation, social media management, or similar roles is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in Athens, Greece, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
