This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Greece while still delivering world-class service to our Italian-speaking customers. You will play a crucial role in addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive support regarding banking services. Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with their banking inquiries and concerns.
Efficiently resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Provide information on banking products, services, and features.
Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM platform.
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer care.
Stay informed on banking regulations and product knowledge.

Requirements:

Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior customer service experience, preferably in the banking sector, is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with banking products and services is preferred.
Access to a stable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
