Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding financial products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, maintaining professionalism.
  • Guide customers through account management, transactions, and services.
  • Ensure accurate information is provided about financial regulations, products, and promotions.
  • Document customer interactions comprehensively in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the financial sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
