Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding electronic products and services.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and technical issues.
  • Guide customers through product usage, setup, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to the team.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Interest in electronics and technological products is a significant advantage.
  • Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer management software.
