Responsibilities:
  • Offer top-tier customer service via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding products, orders, and brand information.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is crucial.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge and passion for luxury jewelry and fashion is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems is preferred.
