Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to transportation services, including bookings, cancellations, and general information.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Guide customers through service procedures and relevant information.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mentality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with transportation services or related industries is a plus.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
