Responsibilities:
  • Handle emergency calls with urgency and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively in Italian, ensuring customers receive clear assistance.

  • Document interactions and solutions accurately in the system.
  • Maintain a composed demeanor, providing exceptional customer service during crises.
  • Engage in team discussions to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is advantageous.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and calmness under pressure.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
