Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional IT support to customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware.
  • Assist customers with product setup, installations, and updates.
  • Document and maintain records of customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the technical support team to enhance service delivery.
  • Offer feedback on processes to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Experience in IT support or a related field is highly recommended.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-centric approach and the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Technical knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking is an advantage.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, with relocation costs covered by the company.
  • Proficient in using customer management and support software.
