Italian Speaking IT Representatives with full relocation - Remote in Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is excited to announce an opportunity for Italian Speaking IT Representatives to join our team, offering a unique remote work experience while living in beautiful Greece. This position comes with full relocation support, allowing you to settle into the vibrant culture and lifestyle of Greece without the hassle. As an Italian Speaking IT Representative, your main responsibility will be to assist clients in resolving technical issues and navigating IT products and services, all from the comfort of your own home. Your role will involve providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring a seamless experience for our Italian-speaking clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding IT support to Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and networking issues.
  • Guide clients through troubleshooting steps and product usage.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality.
  • Provide insights into customer satisfaction and potential process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is a must.
  • Previous experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Technical proficiency with computer systems, software, and customer support tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with all relocation expenses paid for.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
