In this role, you will assist customers in optimizing their online presence by providing expert guidance on search engine operations and strategies. You will be the go-to consultant for Italian-speaking clients, helping them navigate the complexities of search engine functionalities to enhance their visibility and achieve their business goals. Responsibilities:

Provide specialized consultation to Italian-speaking customers on search engine optimization and advertising strategies.
Assist clients in troubleshooting issues related to their search engine accounts and campaigns.
Analyze customer needs and suggest tailored solutions to enhance their online visibility.
Educate clients about product features and best practices for maximizing their search engine performance.
Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service and streamline processes.
Stay current with industry trends and search engine updates to provide the best possible advice.

Requirements:

Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Passion for helping customers succeed in their digital marketing endeavors.
Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
