Italian Speaking Social Media Content Moderators - Remote in Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer an opportunity for Italian Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to work remotely in Greece. As a key player in maintaining online community standards, you will be tasked with moderating user-generated content across various social media platforms. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to ensure that all interactions align with our client's brand values. If you're passionate about social media, have exceptional language skills in Italian, and want to thrive in a fully remote setting, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Respond to user comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Identify and report any inappropriate content or negative user behavior.
  • Monitor user interactions to gather insights for community engagement improvement.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of brand values in all moderation activities.
  • Collaborate with the moderation team to create and optimize best practices.
  • Provide feedback on content trends and user behavior to enhance user experience.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is a must; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of content moderation practices.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Professionalism and tact in handling sensitive situations.
  • Experience in content moderation, customer service, or social media roles is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a remote environment.
