In this role, you will provide essential support to users through instant messaging platforms, ensuring a seamless and positive experience on social media. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and assist users with their questions related to various social media services. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about social media, enjoy engaging with people, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via instant messaging on social media platforms in Italian.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Educate users on how to utilize social media features effectively.
  • Monitor and engage with community interactions, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Document and report user feedback and recurring issues to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay informed about new features and updates on social media platforms to assist users effectively.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and instant messaging tools.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
