Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in social media to offer informed support.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial.
