Italian Speaking Technical Support for Customers - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Italian-speaking customers with technical queries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot consumer electronics and software issues effectively.
  • Provide clear and concise guidance to customers throughout the problem-solving process.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the support system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and overall support quality.
  • Identify common issues and escalate them to the relevant teams for prompt resolution.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a technical support role is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for various technology products is beneficial.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time wisely.
