Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Video Streaming Support professionals to work remotely from Greece. This role comes with full relocation support, allowing you to enjoy the beauty and culture of Greece while providing vital assistance to our clients. As a Video Streaming Support Specialist, you will focus on helping Italian-speaking users navigate video streaming issues, troubleshoot problems, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to assist customers in finding solutions to their streaming challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries and concerns regarding video streaming services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to video playback and account management.
  • Provide clear guidance on service features, device setup, and compatibility.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect feedback from customers to contribute to ongoing service improvements.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly within the tech or streaming sector, is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with video streaming platforms and related technologies is preferred.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece, with complete relocation assistance provided.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks in a remote working environment.
