We are currently looking for an ingenious Lab Scientist to join our R&D Team in Xanthi, Greece. As a Lab Scientist, you will have the opportunity to work in a very dynamic environment, to grow within the company and to enhance your knowledge in the battery sector.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

Define Do E to be performed
Perform experiments in the laboratory, assembling pouch and coin cells
Prepare detailed reports on the experiments
Collect raw data and prepare detailed reports
Engage in technical discussion with external and internal collaborators

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrochemistry or equivalent is preferred
Master’s degree in Electrochemistry or relevant field is an asset
Fluent in English, both writing & speaking
Experience in fabrication of pouch and coin cell
Experience in analytical technics for the characterization of the intermediate products of a battery
Experience in electrochemical analysis of a battery
Knowledge of the following analytical techniques: Rheology, SEM, XRD, PSA, ICP, TGA, DSC, K-F moisture tester, GC-MS, tensile strength test, optical microscope is necessary
