Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products, accounts, and transactions.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
  • Educate customers about banking services, features, and policies.
  • Maintain precise records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer care and service delivery.
  • Stay informed about banking regulations and product offerings to assist customers accurately.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian) is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the banking sector, is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with banking products and services is considered a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with relocation support provided.
