Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products, accounts, and transactions.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Educate customers about banking services, features, and policies.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer care and service delivery.
- Stay informed about banking regulations and product offerings to assist customers accurately.
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian) is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the banking sector, is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with banking products and services is considered a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with relocation support provided.
