Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Quickly respond to customer inquiries with accurate and helpful information.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist customers in understanding products and troubleshooting challenges.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Fluency in Polish (both verbal and written) is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with high-quality consumer products is a plus.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
