Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer a remote opportunity for a Polish Speaking Customer Support representative for a renowned Luxury Jewellery brand. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your home in Greece while delivering exceptional service to an upscale clientele. As a key member of the customer support team, you'll assist customers with their inquiries regarding luxury jewellery products, ensuring they receive a personalized and remarkable shopping experience. If you are fluent in Polish and passionate about luxury items, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with questions regarding luxury jewellery, including product information, orders, and returns.
Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and service improvement.
Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
Genuine interest in luxury jewellery and fashion is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is preferred.
