Polish Speaking Customer Support for Luxury Jewellery - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with questions regarding luxury jewellery, including product information, orders, and returns.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
- Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
- Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards and enhance customer experience.
- Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
- Genuine interest in luxury jewellery and fashion is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is preferred.
