Polish Speaking Technical Support Roles with full relocation - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality technical support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve diverse technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
- Guide customers through the problem-solving process with clear and effective communication.
- Accurately document customer interactions and the resolutions to technical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and optimize customer experiences.
- Provide feedback on recurring technical problems to assist in improving support processes.
- Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related IT field is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with clear communication of technical concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Technical knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and networking fundamentals.
- Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with full relocation assistance provided.
