Slovak Speaking Technical Support for streaming service - Athens, Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding technical support to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of streaming-related issues effectively.
- Guide customers through the setup and use of the streaming service, providing clear instructions.
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the support database.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and identify recurring issues, escalating them to the appropriate teams for further action.
- Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is essential, along with good English proficiency.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related customer service role is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- A passion for streaming services and technology.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is a plus.
