Technical Support & After-Sales Representative for Agricultural Machinery (Massey Ferguson)

This role combines technical knowledge, collaboration management, and customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to authorized sales points and partners, aiming at evaluating and monitoring processes.

Supervise and develop the after-sales partner network and authorized workshops.

Assess potential new partnerships with official repairers.

Communicate with the factory to resolve technical issues.

Manage warranties, recalls, and technical manuals.

Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults.

Organize and deliver technical training for the official network partners.

Handle customer complaints and provide customer service.

Required Qualifications:
Degree from a Technical Education Institute (T.E.I.) or vocational training (I.E.K.) in a related field.

3-5 years of relevant experience (preferred).

Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanics.

Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented approach, and dynamic personality.

Good command of English and computer skills (MS Office).

Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).

Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is desirable.

Skills:
Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and effective multitasking.

Problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach.

Initiative and decision-making skills are necessary to ensure positive outcomes.

Expertise in handling complaints and customer service.

Willingness to travel within and outside Greece.
