Assistant Property Manager (Residential Building) [External Title: Property Manager] (Ref: 240001KW)

Responsibilities

Manage a team of on-site property management staff and service contractors to oversee day-to-day operation of the residential properties managed by the Corporation in accordance with the Deeds of Mutual Covenants and House Rules
Review the efficiency of management services and drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance of internal procedures with external requirements, such as Building Management Ordinance, Deeds of Mutual Covenant and statutory guidelines
Prepare management budget and cost control documentation
Handle public enquiries and liaise with the Owner's Committees, residents, government departments, District Councillors and local communities

Requirements

Degree in a property-related discipline
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing residential properties, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
Possession of a Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) licence and a membership of a recognised professional institution
Fully conversant with the Deeds of Mutual Covenant and related ordinances with sound knowledge of the industry best practices
Excellent interpersonal, supervisory and analytical skills with strong awareness on quality service
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
