Associate - Corporate Loan Operation (Bilateral Loan)

Overview
Join a top tier regional corporate bank as a Associate in the Corporate Loan Operations team. This position is dedicated to managing bilateral loans, and we are looking for a meticulous professional with a robust background in corporate loan operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete processing of bilateral loans, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Review and validate loan documentation for accuracy and completeness before disbursement.
- Provide processing support and perform checker duties primarily for bilateral loan transactions, including managing loan drawdowns and rollovers.
- Supervise fee collection and ensure timely execution of SWIFT payments related to bilateral loans.
- Collaborate with various internal departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth loan operations and resolve any issues that arise.
- Monitor loan performance and manage associated operational tasks, including interest calculations and payment processing.
- Maintain precise records of bilateral loan transactions and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational processes and enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Support audits and compliance reviews related to loan operations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting loan operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in loan operations, specifically in handling corporate loans within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of bilateral loan structures and documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of accurately interpreting financial data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiar with loan management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
