Responsibilities:
Foster and enhance relationships with both existing and prospective customers to align with branch target demographics.
Provide insights to the District Manager regarding current market trends and developments.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives and uphold the Bank's service standards.
Oversee the ongoing professional development of branch staff to maximise productivity.
Identify, assess, and manage operational risks, including compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, as well as loss identification and reporting.

Requirements:
A degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
Minimum 8 years banking experience of which at least 5 year's sales experience in retail banking
Passes in MPF, Insurance, Securities and Futures Intermediaries Examinations are required. (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4)
Professional qualifications of AHKIB, CPA, ACCA, CFA or CRWP are an advantage.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (including both Putonghua and Cantonese).
