Corporate Loan Operation Officer (Bilateral Loan)

Join a leading regional corporate bank as a Corporate Loan Operations Officer. This role focuses on managing bilateral loans, and we are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in corporate loan operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of bilateral loans, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Review and verify loan documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to disbursement.
- Provide processing support and perform verification duties primarily for bilateral loan transactions, including managing loan drawdowns and rollovers.
- Supervise fee collection and ensure the timely execution of SWIFT payments related to bilateral loans.
- Collaborate with various internal departments and stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan operations and resolve any issues that arise.
- Monitor loan performance and manage associated operational tasks, including interest calculations and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate records of bilateral loan transactions and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational processes and improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support audits and compliance reviews related to loan operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting loan operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Approximately 3 years of experience in loan operations, specifically managing corporate loans within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of bilateral loan structures and documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of accurately interpreting financial data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiar with loan management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
