Customer Service Centre Officer-Light Rail (Ref:240001KM)

Responsibilities

Operate the Light Rail (LR) Customer Service Centres independently
Provide ticketing services including applications, value-adding and refund services of Octopus Cards as well as handle surcharge payment
Provide quality customer services and handle passenger enquiries and complaints
Inspect facilities and provide logistical support at LR Stops
Provide support in the Light Rail Local Tours and local community engagement activities for LR and Bus Operations

Requirements

Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages
A minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably gained in customer service related industries
Customer-centric mindset with effective and empathetic communication skills

Remarks

Required to perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours with an estimated average monthly income of HK$22,000 (including the shift duty related allowance*, laundry allowance, 13th month pay and annual discretionary award)
Reporting for duty during adverse weather will be eligible for related allowances
The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
