Job Description

What you'll do:
  • Strong copywriting and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and client-facing documents (e.g. ppt deck)
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities, with experience fostering partnerships with corporate organizations, trade associations, and other key stakeholders
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to support the manager in exploring new partnership opportunities and maintain existing relationships.
  • Support supervisors to plan, develop and implement marketing activities (including seminars, exhibitions, online platform, etc.) from event and project management, promotion, on-site logistics, procurement, post event evaluation and data analysis, etc.
  • Good copy writing skills in both Chinese and English
  • Assist supervisors on any ad hoc projects as requested

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
  • Bachelor degree or above in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in marketing communication, or business development roles, etc.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, video filming and presentation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Multi-tasking with strong planning and organizing skills
Note:

2. This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 24 months subject to renewal.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the position when selecting the suitable candidates. A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
