Job Description

What you'll do:

Strong copywriting and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and client-facing documents (e.g. ppt deck)
Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities, with experience fostering partnerships with corporate organizations, trade associations, and other key stakeholders
Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to support the manager in exploring new partnership opportunities and maintain existing relationships.
Support supervisors to plan, develop and implement marketing activities (including seminars, exhibitions, online platform, etc.) from event and project management, promotion, on-site logistics, procurement, post event evaluation and data analysis, etc.
Good copy writing skills in both Chinese and English
Assist supervisors on any ad hoc projects as requested

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

Bachelor degree or above in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in marketing communication, or business development roles, etc.
Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, video filming and presentation tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Multi-tasking with strong planning and organizing skills

Note:

2. This is a fixed-term contract position for a period of 24 months subject to renewal.

A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidate will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
