Research Assistant

Major duties include:
- Assisting in the design, planning, and execution of empirical research activities, including but not limited to literature reviews, archival research, empirical data collection using qualitative and quantitative methodologies, analysis, and interpretation.
- Conducting comprehensive literature reviews to support the research framework and methodology.
- Managing and maintaining research databases, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of data.
- Coordinating and conducting fieldwork, including interviews and surveys with research participants.
- Preparing research reports, summaries, and presentations for dissemination to the funding agency, stakeholders, and the academic community.
- Working closely with faculty members, researchers, other team members, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
- Assisting in administrative tasks, including research activity reimbursements, and organizing events and activities to promote public awareness and engagement with the research findings.
- Performing any other duties as assigned.
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
