School of Business - Temporary / Part-time Executive Officer

The School of Business was accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) in 2023 to be among less than 6% of business schools globally. The University now invites application for the following position:
(Ref: EO (SBUS) 2024-09-06)
- provide administrative and operational support to an academic conference;
- responsible for the conference preparation work, logistics planning and on-site support;
- manage the conference email account and handle general inquiries;
- travel to Guangzhou for conference on-site support; and
- liaise with internal and external stakeholders for conference coordination.
Applicants Should
- possess a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of working experience, preferably in the higher education sector;
- possess good communication, interpersonal, organisation and problem-solving skills;
- have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment;
- be a good team player and have the ability to work independently.
