Senior Claims Officer (Individual Health Claims)

- Assess and process medical claims
- Ensure accuracy and review the procedures for continuous improvement
- Ensure claims are processed within company service standard
- Provide administrative support
Qualifications:
- University graduate or above with FLMI or equivalent
- Less experienced candidate will be consider for Officer role
- Relevant experience in Claims and Insurance Industry is preferred
- Customer Centric minded and good communication skill
- High emotional maturity and able to work under pressure
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, patient, cheerful and positive
