- To screen & vet applications for Rent Assistance Scheme (RAS),(TOV),(ADD) &WTP in accordance with related policies &manuals and internal guidelines.
- To co-ordinate with Estate Office colleagues to follow up the submission of (RAS),(TOV),(ADD) &(WTP )documents to CVT.
- To contact the applicant for outstanding documents.
- Prepare relevant documents for Oath taking procedure.
- To assist in preparing data matching exercise for property ownership & daily reports.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by Seniors from time to time.
The Person
- Diploma/Degree Holder or F.5 and above with extensive customer services experience preferred
- Basic PC knowledge including Word Processing
- Good communication, and interpersonal skills
- Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details
