The Business Technology team at MSCI is playing a vital role in a fast-paced transformation of our digital marketing practice.
We are seeking an Adobe (AEM) Solutions Architect to join us on our journey to transform our public and client-facing web experiences.
Success in this role requires a proactive and positive attitude, a desire to learn, an attention to detail, a client-centric mindset, and a passion for creating digital experiences that play a key role in promoting a company’s brand, culture, solutions, and services.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, administering and maintaining our AEM platform, currently comprising Sites, Assets, and Target.
This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with business analysts, marketers, UX designers, project managers, system integrators and front-end developers to deliver high-quality, scalable and secure solutions that exceed the expectations of our clients.
You will educate the wider team in AEM platform design, development, operations and support, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and standards.

Collaborate across multiple business and technology teams to provide AEM technical solution blueprints.
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom components using AEM platform and related technologies.
Ensure the performance, quality, and security of the AEM ecosystem.
Administer, maintain, troubleshoot and optimize our AEM instances.
Follow the best practices and standards for AEM architecture & development.
Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance the AEM platform and improve the development process.
Document and maintain the technical specifications and design of the ecosystem.
Provide technical guidance and support to the broader members of the team.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related Engineering field
Hands-on experience in using AEM cloud services, such as AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaa CS) and AEM Cloud Manager.
At least 5 years. of experience in AEM development using AEM 6.x or higher, including AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM Target, AEM Workflows, and AEM APIs.
Certification in AEM Developer, AEM Architect or AEM Administrator is a major plus.
Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, components, templates, dialogs, widgets, OSGi services, and Sling models.
Proficient in AEM development, associated languages and tools.
Experience in administering AEM 6.x or higher platforms, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with AEM security, workflows, replication, and performance optimization.
Experience in integrating AEM with other Adobe products, such as Target and Sites, as well as third-party systems and services.
Practical experience operating AEMaa CS in a headless architecture is a major plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
