• Developing and maintaining the trainings portfolio (e.g. new joiner trainings, soft skills trainings, language / communications trainings, technical training for customers, Train the Coach training in DE etc.)
• Recognizing the need for training
• Creating training materials
• Implementation of current training methods (e.g. gamification, simulation, case studies, coaching etc.)
• Ensuring accreditation
• Improving participant satisfaction
• Evaluation of the success of the trainings
• Reporting regarding to trainings
• Active and regular co-operation with the international training team.

• Have fluent German and English skills
• Have experience in conducting trainings
• Have experience in creating training materials
• Have knowledge of methodology, didactics and rhetorical skills& questioning techniques
