We are looking for a Project Portfolio Coordinator for a full-time position (40 hours/week) to join Strategic Program Development of Corporate and Institutional Relations at the Corvinus University of Budapest

The Project Portfolio Coordinator is responsible for the high-level planning, coordination, and supervision of projects related to the corporate and institutional partners, highlighted the strategic partners of Corvinus University of Budapest. This role involves the comprehensive management of projects, prioritization, monitoring of progress, and ensuring continuous communication with partners, as well as providing client service management.

About the role

You will plan, execute, and monitor projects and tasks related to the university's strategic corporate and institutional partnerships.
You will implement value propositions associated with partnerships, along with comprehensive administration related to these tasks.
You will maintain continuous communication and establish effective collaborations with the university's strategic partners, as well as with internal departments.
You will prepare presentations, project evaluations, and decision-support materials for partners and internal stakeholders.
You will prioritize projects, optimize resource allocation, and ensure the successful and timely completion of projects.
You will comprehensively execute administrative tasks related to the projects.

Elvárások

About you:

You have University degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication.
You have 1-2 years of professional experience in project and/or client management.
You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and have demonstrated experience with project management solutions, and presentation tools.
You have fluency in English and Hungarian.
You bring an agile mindset, with a knack for structured and constructive thinking.
Your problem-solving skills and excellent organizational abilities stand out, and you thrive working independently while being reliable and flexible.
You excel in teamwork and communication, contributing positively to a collaborative environment.
