Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for complex tasks? Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated Specialist to join our Fines Management team. What you´ll do:
- Processing and paying traffic fines and providing data to authorities
- Handling questions received from authorities, solving problems in writing
- Charging and invoicing administration fee
- Accurate administrative processing of daily tasks above
- Helping in updating the process documentation, follow-up, and record changes, which contributes to recognizing the opportunities of improving processes
You should apply if you bring:
- Experience in resolving complex tasks.
- Professional English proficiency and any other European language knowledge is considered a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills in a B2B environment.
- Experience within a Shared Service environment is an advantage.
