• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
  
• Maintain detailed and precise records of customer interactions and transactions.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues.
  
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
  
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  
• Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer service process and improve customer satisfaction.
  
• Be comfortable with rotational shifts to support our clients.
  
• Responsible for terminal monitoring and utilizing the ticketing system.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
  
• Experience in international BPO
  
• Proficient in professional email typing and good writing skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to handle pressure effectively
  
• Proficient in MS Excel, including data reporting and maintenance

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if needed
