Cyber Security Architect

What will you do?
- Manage the creation, delivery, operation, and support of enterprise grade cyber security services using across a broad range of infrastructure and technologies.
- Produce high-quality cyber security solutions by adopting appropriate quality assurance processes.
- Contributing to the architecting of solutions to business requirements and technical standards.
- Effectively manage a programme of in-flight projects and supporting resources.
- Lead the alignment with cyber security best practice standards such as
- Lead the implementation and operation of enterprise backup and disaster recovery systems.
- Lead the implementation and operation of Organisation's anti-virus, encryption,vulnerability, threat management and intruder detection and prevention systems.
- Contribute to the development and adoption of IT governance, information and cyber security policies and procedures to improve operational effectiveness, decisionmaking, and reduce risk.
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong technical expertise in security and ICT infrastructure in general
- Strong Agile Experience
- Demonstrable experience in the management of security design in an enterprise environment.
- Experience in the creation, implementation, and operation of best practice cyber security policies in an enterprise environment, including CSIRP.
- Knowledge of SIEM and experience of responding to security alerts.
- Infrastructure management experience in the areas of network, server, and cloud environments
- Demonstrable ability to deliver innovative technical solutions.
- Ability to adopt new technology
- Vendor management experience.
- Effective budget management and reporting.
- Broad knowledge of technologies, particularly in the cyber security space.
- Eu/UK Citizen
- Based in Ireland and have the ability to do 2 days onsite per week
